Dr. Anna, ND will not be accepting new patients as she prepares for maternity leave in June 2026. During this time, she will continue to offer follow-up care for existing patients.

As this is a small virtual practice, coverage will not be available during her leave. If any concerns arise, patients are welcome to reach out by email; however, availability for follow-up appointments will be limited.

Dr. Anna plans to resume regular virtual hours in December 2026, with appointments available for booking at that time.

Dr. Anna Graczyk, ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies and completed her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Anna takes a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns. She supports patients who may be feeling overwhelmed by persistent symptoms such as fatigue, digestive discomfort, skin concerns, hormonal changes, and chronic stress.

Mind Health Mental and emotional well-being play a central role in overall health. Dr. Anna works with patients experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, helping them build resilience and sustainable coping strategies. She also addresses factors such as nutrient depletion and hormones that can impact mood and energy.

Gut Health Digestive concerns can significantly impact daily life and energy levels. Dr. Anna supports patients with symptoms such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, and IBS/IBD, with a focus on restoring gut function and improving comfort and nutrient absorption.

Skin Health Skin conditions can affect both physical comfort and self-confidence. Dr. Anna works with patients experiencing acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, hair loss, and nail concerns by addressing underlying internal factors that may be contributing to these conditions.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Dr. Anna is proud to serve the local community through in-person care, as well as patients across Ontario virtually. She provides care in both English and Polish.
